Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children in OSHC or children’s services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor other educators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality MTOP-aligned program for a 30-place OSHC service.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and the school community.
• Support and mentor educators to deliver quality outcomes.
• Contribute to program planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
