Job summary

Uniting Early Learning QLD is seeking an OSHC Lead Educator to lead our OSHC and Vacation Care program in Brisbane. You will shape engaging experiences for school‑aged children, build strong relationships with families, and foster a welcoming space where children thrive.

You’ll hold or be studying towards an ACECQA‑approved Diploma, have OSHC program experience, MTOP understanding, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hold, or be studying towards, an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification.
• Experience developing and implementing OSHC programs.
• Understanding of MTOP (My Time, Our Place).
• Passionate about working with school-aged children.
• Creative, innovative and able to bring fresh ideas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience in OSHC or a similar setting is highly regarded.
• Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic educator to lead our OSHC and Vacation Care program.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape engaging experiences for school-aged children, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and create a welcoming space where children can thrive.

About You
