The TheirCare Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a school-based service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for children aged 5–12. You will design engaging activities, foster strong relationships with families and school staff, and mentor a growing team within the OSHC sector.

Hours are early mornings and late afternoons, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a school-based OSHC service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for children aged 5–12 in Victoria
• Design engaging activities and mentor staff to grow within the OSHC sector
• Build strong relationships with families and school staff
• Prioritize safety, compliance and community engagement in a vibrant, supportive environment
