Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Educator at Picnic Creek in Coomera, Queensland. This role is designed for university students, parents, or anyone seeking flexible hours that fit around your timetable while you gain valuable experience with primary school children.

You’ll work 12.5 hours per week, 2:00pm–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and split-shift bonuses. Join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.

Qualifications

• ACE CQA 1–2 year educator qualification (ACECQA) or in progress.
• National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding.

• Must have valid Australian work rights.

Your schedule: 12.5 hours per week. We are looking for someone to work 2:00pm to 4:30pm Monday-Friday each week!

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for:

• Desirable but not mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• A genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check.
• Must have valid Australian work rights.
