Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator at Thirlmere OSHClub to lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12. This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week, including 10.5 paid admin hours, with split shifts from 6:30–9:00 and 14:30–18:00.

You will drive a dynamic, child-centred program, ensure compliance, rostering, and admin tasks, supported by regional managers and an office team.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of Educators to deliver safe, engaging OSHC programs.
• Must obtain or currently hold a national police check (paid by us).
• State Working-with-Children check completed or eligibility confirmed.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
