Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHClub Coordinator in Australia, responsible for leading a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. You will manage Educators, ensure safety, plan activities, and maintain strong ties with families and the school community.

This permanent part-time role offers 32.75 hours per week with 4 hours of paid non-contact admin time, plus incentives like retention bonuses and experienced mentor support from regional managers.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover)
• State Working-with-Children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• ACECQA-recognised qualification including WA First Qualified Educator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for 5–12 year olds.
• Take ownership of roster, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin tasks.
• Develop leadership skills with mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team.
