Job summary

TheirCare is seeking an Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator in Caboolture to lead a service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and represent TheirCare in the school community.

You will mentor staff, ensure program quality, and manage compliance and admin duties to keep the service running smoothly. ACECQA recognition and state checks are required.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification or equivalent in Teaching/Childcare/Community Services.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting is preferred.
• Food safety & mandatory reporting certificates are required.
• National Criminal History Check within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in schools.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and grow in the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to maintain smooth service operations.
