Job summary

Junior Adventures Group, operating OSHClub in Coimadai, seeks an OSHClub Coordinator to lead Educators for a 5–12 year old after-school program. This permanent, part-time role is 16 hours per week with 4 paid admin hours, usually Monday to Friday 3:00–6:00pm.

You will create a dynamic, child-centered program with STEM, sports, cooking and arts activities, manage rosters, ensure compliance, and work with regional coaches to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
  • Police check and Working with Children check required or willing to obtain (costs covered).
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Educators for a before- and after-school program.

Join us at Coimadai, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers16 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
Qualifications
  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
  • VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-levelEducatorin VIC in accordance with ACECQA
