Job summary

Bullivants is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join the Centre Management team in Mackay. You will be a first point of contact, delivering exceptional service to shoppers and retailers and helping maintain a welcoming environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with admin tasks, liaising between customers and Centre Management, and supporting contractors within the centre while upholding safety standards and professionalism.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Centre Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers, retailers, contractors and visitors alike.

On the whole, the role involves Provide exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers, Act as a key point of contact between customers, retailers and Centre Management, Assist with general administrative and operational tasks, Support contractors and service providers within the centre and Help maintain a welcoming, safe and professional environment.
