Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator to lead an After School Care service at St Brendan's Catholic Primary School, Annandale. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts, offering Above‑Award salary and supportive leadership.

You will oversee a caring team of educators, deliver engaging programs for children, and strengthen ties with families and the school community while upholding Catholic values.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
• Certification in Child Protection Training.
• Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management.
• NSW Working With Children Check.
• National child safety training via GECCKO.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive space–Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported and respected.
• Stay organised and vigilant–Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure supervision and safety.
