Big Childcare is seeking an enthusiastic OSHC Centre Manager for Rehoboth Christian College in Wilson, WA. The role leads a team of educators to deliver safe, engaging before/after school care with strong family partnerships.

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) with duties spanning hands-on care, team leadership and behind-the-scenes operations such as rostering, budgeting and compliance, aligned to the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA equivalent is required.
• National Police Check within 6 months or willingness to obtain.
• WWCC valid for working with children, First Aid in an Early Education setting, and Food Safety Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Educators and ensure delivery of high-quality OSHC care.
• Foster strong relationships with families and school communities.
• Manage rostering, budgeting, and compliance to policies and quality frameworks.
