OSH Club is seeking a Casual Educator to work mainly at Jordan Springs OSHClub, building strong relationships with children and families within the school community. The role offers regular before/after school shifts with extra hours during school holidays.

The position suits students and casual educators seeking flexible hours, opportunities for leadership, and pathways into teaching or education roles, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Work with children in OSHC settings and support daily activities.
• Build genuine relationships with families, children, and school community.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and background checks as part of onboarding.
