Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) seeks an OSHC Casual Educator to support children and families at Jordan Springs OSHClub. You will help create a safe, engaging environment and build strong relationships within the school community, with some opportunities to assist nearby services as needed.

The role offers flexible, university-friendly hours, with shifts before/after school and holidays. Prior OSHC experience is not required, and comprehensive training is provided to support your development in

Qualifications

A genuine passion for working with children.
A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover!).
State working-with-children check.
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

Work primarily at Jordan Springs OSHClub and support families, children, and staff in a safe, engaging environment.
Build ongoing relationships with families and the wider school community.
Occasionally support nearby services across the region when additional help is needed.
Provide flexible shifts (before/after school, holidays) and participate in lead/supervisory opportunities as they arise.
