Job summary

TeamKids in Warragamba is hiring a Casual Educator to join our Outside School Hours Care team. You’ll work before and after school with kids aged 5–12, in a supportive, fun environment.

You'll gain on-the-job coaching, access to in-house training and flexible shifts, with opportunities to progress into leadership roles. We welcome newcomers and value teamwork, energy, and a passion for children's development.

Qualifications

• WWCC/WWVP or state equivalent
• ACEQA approved qualification or working towards it
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training prior to employment
• Experience in Before/After School Care or education preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with OSHC activities for children aged 5–12
• Work with a supportive team to deliver care before/after school and holidays
• Engage children through excursions, incursions and themed days
• Maintain child safety and welfare during shifts
