Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) seeks an OSHC Casual Educator to support children and families at Jordan Springs OSHClub. You will help create a safe, engaging environment and build strong relationships within the school community, with some opportunities to assist nearby services as needed.

The role offers flexible, university-friendly hours, with shifts before/after school and holidays. Prior OSHC experience is not required, and comprehensive training is provided to support your development in

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Work primarily at Jordan Springs OSHClub and support families, children, and staff in a safe, engaging environment.
• Build ongoing relationships with families and the wider school community.
• Occasionally support nearby services across the region when additional help is needed.
• Provide flexible shifts (before/after school, holidays) and participate in lead/supervisory opportunities as they arise.

Job Description

As an OSHC Casual Educator, you’ll work primarily atJordan Springs OSHClub, giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Weekly shifts: work regular shifts Monday through Friday before schoolshifts and after schoolshifts. Extra hours available during school holidays too! Minimum availability required for this position is Tuesday to Thursday Afternoons.
