Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an inspiring OSHC Assistant Coordinator for Valley View in Wyoming. This 25-hour-per-week, part-time role across split shifts (Mon-Fri) is ideal for students in education, psychology, social work or healthcare to fit around study timetables.

You will lead a team of Educators, shape a vibrant program with STEM, sport, arts and crafts, manage rosters and compliance, and partner with families and schools to grow the service, with support from a Coordinator

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check required.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children 5–12 years.
• Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and proud of the program.
• Partner with families, schools and stakeholders to grow and sustain the service.
• Be supported by an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager.

Valley View OSHClub located in Wyoming is seeking aninspiring and motivatedOSHC Assistant Coordinatorto join our growing service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.

This is apermanent, part‑timerole (25 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday.This is the perfect opportunity for an education, psychology, social work or healthcare student as we work around your busy schedule.

Service hours include:

• Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 8:30am
• Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
• School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm

About your new role

As an Assistant Coordinator, you’ll help lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
