Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator for Valley View in Wyoming to lead a caring team of Educators in before/after-school programs for ages 5–12. This part-time role involves shaping a vibrant, child-centred program and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role offers a split-like schedule with supportive coaching from a Service Manager and opportunities for growth within JAG. You’ll contribute to a safe, inclusive environment while balancing study commitments.

• Leadership and team supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to manage rosters and daily operations.

Valley View OSHClub located in Wyoming is seeking aninspiring and motivatedOSHC Assistant Coordinatorto join our growing service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.

This is apermanent, part‑timerole (25 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday.This is the perfect opportunity for an education, psychology, social work or healthcare student as we work around your busy schedule.

Service hours include:

• Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 8:30am
• Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
• School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm

About your new role

As an Assistant Coordinator, you’ll help lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• Design and help lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Assist withrosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.
• Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
• Be supported by an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager,so you’re never doing it alone.

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
