Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHClub Coordinator for Chatswood Primary OSHCare to lead a team of Educators and oversee after-school programs for children aged 5–12. You will shape a dynamic, child-centered schedule, manage rosters, and ensure program quality.

This full-time position runs 38 hours per week with 10 paid admin hours, and offers up to $45 per hour plus super, with strong support for professional growth and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willing to obtain a national police check.
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program for ages 5–12.
• Oversee roster management, day-to-day operations, and compliance.
• Mentor Educators with regional support to grow leadership skills.
