Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) at Mowbray Primary OSHCare in Lane Cove North is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for a permanent part-time role. You’ll supervise Educators onsite, manage rosters, oversee service operations and compliance, and create engaging child-led programs across STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.

This role offers a split-shift schedule, with mornings and afternoons, and opportunities for leadership development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
• Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
