Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Butler is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the OSHC Club in the Butler area, delivering engaging programs for primary school children.

This permanent part-time role offers 17 hours per week with split shifts 6:30am–8:30am and 2:15pm–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with additional hours during school holidays. You will work with a team of Educators under leadership, with training provided to build confidence and develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary school children in an OSHC or school setting.
• Ability to lead a small team of Educators and support program delivery.
• Willingness to work split shifts Monday to Friday and school holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service and safety procedures.
• Support leaders and implement engaging, safe programs for children.
• Coordinate staff rosters and contribute to program planning.
• Collaborate with parents and school communities to support children's development.
