Job summary

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is recruiting for an OSHC Leader at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School Asquith. This permanent part-time role offers 32 hours per week with before/after school rosters and a chance to lead a growing program in a supportive team.

You will work closely with families, schools and staff to deliver safe, engaging activities in line with My Time Our Place framework, with opportunities for professional development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check.
• CHCPRT025 Identify & report children and young people at risk certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid certification/CPR certification/Asthma and Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain
• Foundations of child safety training certificate or willingness to obtain
• Previous experience in an OSHC leadership or Assistant Coordinator role

Responsibilities

• Engaging, implementing, and evaluating the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework.
• Ensuring compliance to the National Quality Standards and the Regulations.
• Building ongoing positive relationships with the schools, families, and employees.
• Working on administrative tasks and efficient day to day operation of the service.

About the role

Location: Asquith

Classification: Permanent Part time

Hours: 32 hours per week

Roster: Before School hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 9:00am After School hours: Monday to Friday - 2:30pm - 6:00pm Admin: 4.5 hours per week

Duties
