We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Fun Squad Assistant Service Manager to join the team at our PCYC Mackay West Fun Squad Service. As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Fun Squad Service Manager to support team members and assist with daily duties. If you love working with children, then we want to hear from you.
You will support the Service Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operation in line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the role is to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand, while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.
