Job summary

Radical Recruitment collaborates with a values-driven organisation in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs to appoint an experienced OSHC Area Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. You will oversee OSHC services across multiple sites, aligning strategy with on-the-ground delivery and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children, families, and staff.

You will lead, mentor and empower Nominated Supervisors and educators, maintaining strong governance and driving continuous improvement while shaping service

Qualifications

• Multisite Nominated Supervisor or Area/Regional Manager experience in OSHC/early childhood sector.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop site-level leaders and educator teams across multiple locations.
• Track record in compliance and quality improvement planning with high NQS ratings.
• Experience embedding high-quality pedagogy and continuous improvement at scale.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with families, staff and leadership.
• Genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of OSHC services across multiple sites in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
• Support Nominated Supervisors and educators to ensure governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop site-level leaders to build a high-performing team culture.
