Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking a capable leader to manage OSHC programs across Central & East Suburbs of Victoria. This role requires four days of on-site visits, strong people management, and collaboration with the Head Office to ensure safety and quality across services.

You’ll work with a supportive compliance team, enjoy hybrid flexibility, and participate in regular team get-togethers in Melbourne while progressing your career through mentoring and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people (ideally in Education or Childcare).
• ACECQA approved qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in Child Care, Education, youth work or Community Services.
• Working with Children Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), and Child Protection Training are required.

Responsibilities

• Four days a week visiting your services to manage safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Turn your OOSH teams into local superstars by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child’s experience.
• Guide your services through Assessment & Rating with full backing from our compliance experts at our compliance unit TEG Compass.
• Act as the vital bridge for your region. Align the needs of School Principals and families with the expertise of Head Office.
• Use your can-do attitude to tackle challenges with a supportive network behind you.
• Drive high performance across sites by conducting regular educator appraisals.
