St John of God Subiaco Hospital is seeking Enrolled or Registered Nurses for the Orthopaedics Ward. You will support patients through the surgical journey, focusing on wound care, pain control and early mobilisation in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

The role requires current AHPRA registration and orthopaedic experience; neurosurgical experience is valued. Part-time, with flexible hours and pro rata salary options, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Orthopaedic nursing experience essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Support patients through the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative journey.
• Promote wound care, pain management and early mobilisation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
