Straight Orthodontics in Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join a friendly, patient-focused team. The role blends chairside assisting with clinic administration and includes training from day one for those without dental experience.

You’ll help manage patient records, coordinate appointments across Mentone and Frankston clinics, and uphold a warm, professional experience for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and a professional manner.
• A genuine interest in working with kids, teens, and adults.
• Dental/orthodontic experience welcome but not required — full training provided.
• 4-day work week, 72 hours per fortnight — every weekend off.
