• Developing values-aligned programs and initiatives to improve culture, performance and capability.
• Planning, designing and implementing learning and development programs for HSS employees and leaders, including LMS and contracts.
• Developing and managing performance, talent and succession planning frameworks for a future-ready workforce.
• Developing and implementing workforce planning capabilities across HSS and addressing future workforce risks.
