Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to shape how we listen to, engage, and support our people across the Qantas Group. You will lead critical employee listening, engagement and culture initiatives, transforming workforce insights into meaningful actions that improve employee experience and organisational performance.

Based at the Mascot Campus, Sydney, this 12-month fixed-term opportunity partners with senior leaders and Centres of Excellence to deliver

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in Organisational Development or related People function within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience leading employee listening, workforce insights or engagement programs from strategy through to implementation and delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change, culture transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project management capability with experience delivering complex programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-wide employee listening programs, delivering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, People Analytics and Centres of Excellence to implement impact-driven initiatives.
  • Turn data into action by developing executive-level insight packs and influencing stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Act as custodian of culture and engagement frameworks to understand employee needs and continually improve the employee experience.

As theOrganisational Development Manager,you'llplay a key role in shaping how we listen to,engageand support our people across the Qantas Group. Working within the Organisational Development team,you'lllead critical employee listening,engagementand culture initiatives, transforming workforce insights into meaningful actions that improve both employee experience and organisational performance.

This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, PeopleAnalyticsand specialist Centres of Excellence across the business. You'llbe responsible fordriving enterprise-wide employee listening programs, delivering strategic insights and recommendations, and ensuring meaningful action is taken to strengthen engagement,cultureand leadership effectiveness across diverse workforce groups.

A key focus of the role is turning data into action. You'lllead annualengagementsurveys and employee listening initiatives,analyse workforce trends and engagement data, develop executive-level insight packs and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. You'llact as a custodian of culture and engagement frameworks, helping the business understand employee needs and continuouslyfocus onimprovingthe employee experience.

Whatyou'llbring to the role:

  • 10+ years' experience inOrganisational Development, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture,Changeor a related People function within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience leading employee listening, workforceinsightsor engagement programs from strategy through to implementation anddelivery ofmeasurable outcomes.
