Job summary

Qantas is seeking an Organisational Development Manager for a 12-month fixed term based at the Mascot Campus, Sydney. You will shape the employee experience, drive workforce insights and lead culture initiatives across the Qantas Group.

You will partner with senior leaders and a diverse set of stakeholders to transform data into actionable actions that improve engagement and organisational performance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of organisational development, employee experience or related people function.
  • Experience leading employee listening, workforce insights or engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate insights.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and executives.
  • Demonstrated change management and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide employee listening programs and culture initiatives.
  • Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Drive annual engagement surveys and workforce trend analyses.
  • Develop executive-level insight packs for stakeholders.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Internal Comms and analytics teams to improve engagement.

As theOrganisational Development Manager,you'llplay a key role in shaping how we listen to,engageand support our people across the Qantas Group. Working within the Organisational Development team,you'lllead critical employee listening,engagementand culture initiatives, transforming workforce insights into meaningful actions that improve both employee experience and organisational performance.

This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, PeopleAnalyticsand specialist Centres of Excellence across the business.You'llbe responsible fordriving enterprise-wide employee listening programs, delivering strategic insights and recommendations, and ensuring meaningful action is taken to strengthen engagement,cultureand leadership effectiveness across diverse workforce groups.

A key focus of the role is turning data into action.You'lllead annualengagementsurveys and employee listening initiatives, analyse workforce trends and engagement data, develop executive-level insight packs and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.You'llact as a custodian of culture and engagement frameworks, helping the business understand employee needs and continuouslyfocus onimprovingthe employee experience.

Whatyou’llbring to the role:

  • 10+ years' experience inOrganisational Development, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture,Changeor a related People function within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience leading employee listening, workforceinsightsor engagement programs from strategy through to implementation anddelivery ofmeasurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data,identifytrends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change, culturetransformationor continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project management capability with experience delivering complex programs end-to-end.
  • Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, ChangeManagementor a related discipline.
