Qantas is seeking an Organisational Development Manager for a 12-month fixed term based at the Mascot Campus, Sydney. You will shape the employee experience, drive workforce insights and lead culture initiatives across the Qantas Group.

As theOrganisational Development Manager,you'llplay a key role in shaping how we listen to,engageand support our people across the Qantas Group. Working within the Organisational Development team,you'lllead critical employee listening,engagementand culture initiatives, transforming workforce insights into meaningful actions that improve both employee experience and organisational performance.
This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, PeopleAnalyticsand specialist Centres of Excellence across the business.You'llbe responsible fordriving enterprise-wide employee listening programs, delivering strategic insights and recommendations, and ensuring meaningful action is taken to strengthen engagement,cultureand leadership effectiveness across diverse workforce groups.
A key focus of the role is turning data into action.You'lllead annualengagementsurveys and employee listening initiatives, analyse workforce trends and engagement data, develop executive-level insight packs and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.You'llact as a custodian of culture and engagement frameworks, helping the business understand employee needs and continuouslyfocus onimprovingthe employee experience.
