Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration or project support (HR, OD or L&D highly regarded).
• Proven ability to manage events, logistics or programs end-to-end.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Exposure to eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate 360) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership programs and major events.
• Manage schedules, venues, catering, communications and event run sheets.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Assist in developing eLearning content and resources.
• Support LMS administration, reporting and user queries.
