Job summary

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking an organised Organisational Development professional to partner with leaders across the organisation to design and deliver people initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee experience and workplace culture.

You will work within a high-performing People & Culture team, driving strategic projects, supporting inclusion and reconciliation actions, and delivering workshops and capability-building programs in a dynamic environment on the Sunshine

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development or equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering organisational development, learning and capability initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering workshops, learning programs and engagement activities.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical people solutions.
  • Proven experience managing projects and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead diversity, equity and inclusion programs that foster a culture of belonging, respect and opportunity.

  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver impactful people and culture outcomes.
  • Research emerging trends and translate insights into innovative workforce and organisational development solutions.
