Qualifications

• Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering organisational development, learning and capability initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering workshops, learning programs and engagement activities.
• A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical people solutions.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Energised by collaboration, you'll bring fresh thinking, strong facilitation skills and a solutions-focused mindset to deliver programs that empower our people, strengthen performance and help shape the future of Sunshine Coast Council.
