Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking two Organisational Design Specialists for a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in NSW, QLD or VIC. You will bring our enterprise job architecture and skills frameworks to life, partnering with People Partners and leaders to translate needs into defined profiles and taxonomies.

You will collaborate across the People team to align with talent, reward, and capability initiatives, and support governance with updates to profiles and grading processes.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience coordinating job architecture processes, role profiling, job evaluation, and skills taxonomy mapping within complex organisations.
  • Track record creating practical capability frameworks, skill descriptors, and assessment toolkits that support team capability and talent mobility.
  • Strong collaborative and advisory skills, guiding leaders and HR partners through profiling and capability tools.
  • Data-informed approach with hands‑on experience managing HR system records, profile cataloguing workflows, and capability data precision.
  • Open-minded, detail-oriented style with a commitment to operational efficiency, service excellence, and framework enhancement.

  • Create, review, and maintain practical skills taxonomies, capability models, and descriptor to support workforce mobility and team development.
  • Conduct role mapping, skill gap reviews, and capability assessments to support team design, profile cataloguing, and workforce planning.
