Job summary

Milk & Honey Wigs is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to own the content process from idea to filming, editing and publishing. You will grow reach, build an engaged community and create content with viral potential across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to own the organic social media strategy and day-to-day content creation, aligning with launches and brand priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social content for a brand or growing your own engaged audience.
• Portfolio of short-form videos showing filming, editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with platform-specific content strategies.
• Proficient with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe or similar tools.
• Ability to balance trend-driven content with a consistent brand voice.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage content from concept through to publishing.
• Thoughtful, sensitive approach to sharing stories about hair loss and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop an organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns and brand priorities.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social content.
• Create a mix of transformations, styling tutorials, product education, behind-the-scenes moments and customer stories.
• Identify relevant trends, sounds and formats, and adapt them to suit Milk & Honey.
• Write strong hooks, captions and calls to action that encourage conversation and sharing.
• Help our team and customers feel comfortable and natural on camera, respecting customer consent and privacy.
• Build community through comments, conversations and audience interaction, coordinating customer service enquiries with our team.
• Track performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, follower growth and website visits.
