Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Order to Bill Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. The role will work with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end processes, document requirements, and contribute to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

The SME will input across design, build, and deployment, document current-state processes, support future-state design, and participate in workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in process improvement and/or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and translate needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (testing, training, implementation).
• Comfortable in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience is advantageous.
• Strong Order to Bill functional knowledge and effective collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Able to travel regularly.

• Provide Order to Bill domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and requirements.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops and design discussions; review proposed changes.
• Support testing and readiness activities (scenarios, training inputs).
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz policies and values.
• Travel as required.

Role Summary

TheOrder to BillSME provides functional expertise and business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents and validates business requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideOrder to Bill domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.

• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).

• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.

• Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.

• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.

• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).

• Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.

• Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.
