Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Finance AP Subject Matter Expert to support the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. You will provide functional expertise, document and validate requirements, and contribute to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

You will work with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment and smooth deployment, with travel as needed to support workshops and adoption activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Finance AP domain and related processes.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops, testing, and delivery activities.
• Willingness to travel on a routine basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Finance AP SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops and review proposed process/system changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream and escalate when required.
• Contribute to testing activities and defect triage.
• Support change and readiness activities including training inputs and communications.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.

Role Summary

The Finance AP SME provides functional expertise and business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents and validates business requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Finance AP domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
• Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
• Able to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience is advantageous.
• Strong Finance AP functional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
• Ability to travel on a routine basis.
