Job summary

WorkPac are recruiting for an Order Person in Grafton, NSW. You will safely operate a forklift in the yard, assist with timber grading and packing, and help receiving stock from deliveries. This role suits someone with warehouse or timber experience and a current forklift licence is highly advantageous.

Expect a supportive team environment with on-the-job training and penalties paid on all hours. Immediate start for the right candidate in a busy regional timber supplier.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, manufacturing or timber environment preferred.
• Forklift Licence/Ticket highly advantageous
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established supplier within the timber and building products industry, servicing residential, commercial and trade customers across the region.

What you will be doing:

• Operating a forklift safely around the yard
• Timber grading, stacking, sorting, wrapping and strapping
• Receiving and unloading stock from delivery trucks
• Picking and packing orders for customer collections and deliveries
• Manual handling of timber products
