Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator in Brisbane, Australia. The role covers stock handling, order preparation, and general labouring in a busy warehouse environment.

A current forklift licence is required, with priority given to candidates with warehouse experience and the ability to safely handle steel products. The position offers Monday to Friday daytime or afternoon shifts, immediate start, and an hourly-rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Own required PPE, including hi-vis long-sleeve shirt, long pants and steel-capped boots

About the Client

What You Will Be Doing

As a Machine Operator or Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the below duties depending on the role:

Receive, check and store incoming stock and deliveries

Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch

Operate a forklift to move, load and unload steel products (If ticketed)

Assist with stock control, inventory checks and record keeping

Operating Steel manufacturing machines

Assist with general labouring and basic machine duties

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

Current forklift licence (Forklift Operators)
