Job summary

The Plumbing Gang is seeking a skilled Shower Screen Installer to join our Heathwood-based team. This full-time role focuses on precise measurement and installation of premium shower screens, mirrors, and glass panels, delivering high-quality finishes for residential clients.

You will be part of a field team, maintaining a professional standard, travelling to sites, and contributing to a booming local pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• Experience installing shower screens (frameless highly regarded).
• Background in glazing, joinery, or carpentry is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with measurements.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred) and a Construction White Card.
• Physical fitness to lift and handle glass safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and handle glass products safely and securely.
• Install a variety of shower screens (fully framed, semi-frameless, frameless) to high standards.
• Fit and install shower screens, mirrors and glass splashbacks or panels.
• Ensure precise leveling, alignment and high-quality sealing/finishing.
• Communicate professionally with residential customers on-site.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work vehicle and toolset.
• Complete basic job tracking and updates via our digital system.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Shower Screen Installer to join our team based out of Heathwood. This full-time role is critical in delivering the high-quality finishes our clients expect, specialising in the precise measurement and installation of premium shower screens, mirrors, and glass panels.

You’ll be an essential part of our field team—taking pride in your craftsmanship, working efficiently on‑site, and representing our brand with a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and handle glass products safely and securely
• Install a variety of shower screens (fully framed, semi-frameless, and frameless) to high standards
• Fit and install shower screens, mirrors and related glass splashbacks or panels
• Ensure precise leveling, alignment, and high-quality sealing/finishing on every job
• Communicate professionally with residential customers while working on‑site
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work vehicle and toolset
• Complete basic job tracking and updates via our digital system
