XPT Software is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud support specialist in Melbourne to provide level-2/level-3 assistance, analyze incidents, and implement approved changes. You will work with HR and IT teams to ensure stable cloud operations and timely deployments.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, quarterly patch validation, testing, and governance reporting, with a strong emphasis on communication and documentation across stakeholders in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Support and Maintenance.
Experience with Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
Experience in AMS/Managed Services with SLA-driven support.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in testing, release management and quarterly patch validation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
Perform impact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.
Support Oracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare operational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and service optimization.
Participate in knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation.
