The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, plus experience in AMS environments and quarterly patch validation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud application support and maintenance.
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
• Experience in AMS/Managed Services with SLA-driven support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in testing, release management, and quarterly patch validation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Perform impact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.
• Support Oracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and service optimization.
• Participate in knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation.
