Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced Oracle AI Data Platform and Reporting Lead to guide reporting, analytics, and data insights across our Oracle Fusion environment. You will collaborate with business and project stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting, executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and AI-driven insights that inform decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data warehousing.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience leading reporting and analytics workstreams in Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the reporting and analytics strategy for Oracle Fusion.
Deliver dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, and Projects.
Lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics solutions.
Ensure reporting is accurate, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Establish reporting governance, data standards, and data quality controls.
Work with business, data, and technical teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
Drive the adoption of AI-enabled insights and analytics.
