Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty in Sydney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the Finance transformation and Oracle Fusion cloud implementation.

You will partner with senior Finance and technology stakeholders to map current and future processes, define requirements, and support design through to implementation. This is a long-term contract with hybrid working arrangements available.

Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience and deep finance transformation knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud / Finance experience.
• Strong finance transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of O2C, PPM or A2R.
• Strong requirements, process mapping and data mapping capability.
• Confident working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience across complex enterprise systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across the Finance transformation.
• Map current and future-state processes.
• Develop requirements, process maps and data mappings.
• Work closely with Architects, Developers, Integration and Testing teams.
• Identify process improvements and support solution design through to implementation.
