Job summary

face2face Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a lead analytics professional to manage complex data projects across risk, fraud and integrity, translating business needs into actionable insights. You will work across analytics, risk and integrity functions to deliver analytical products that support informed decision-making.

You’ll work with SQL, Snowflake, SAS and Python, mentor teammates, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong data analytics and SQL capabilities.
Experience with Snowflake, SAS Enterprise Guide or SAS Viya.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, data science and machine learning.
Experience with Python and R for analytical applications.
Strong data visualisation, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical projects from initiation through to delivery.
Define business problems, identify data sources and develop analytical solutions.
Design and deliver risk-scoring models and fraud analytics products.
Analyse trends, identify complex data issues and develop practical solutions.
Present complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor less experienced team members and support capability development.
