Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Systems Transformation Lead (Oracle) in Melbourne to drive finance-system enhancements, COA design, and reporting governance. You will partner with Finance, Technology and external vendors to deliver system improvements and enable acquisitions integration.

You will lead data migration, UAT, cutover activities and support Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and FP&A processes while developing dashboards and management reporting packs for timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience improving finance processes within Accounting & Finance.
• Ability to review workflows and design practical improvements.
• Experience coordinating finance transformation activities.
• Strong documentation of procedures and project updates.
• Ability to work with finance stakeholders to clarify needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Finance system enhancements and optimisations.
• Design and implement COA structures, cost centres and reporting hierarchies.
• Partner with Finance, Technology and vendors on improvements.
• Lead integrations for acquisitions, mapping COA and reporting.
• Coordinate data migration, UAT, reconciliation and cutover tasks.
• Drive process improvements across Record-to-Report, P2P, and FP&A.
• Oversee month-end reporting and management packs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable finance solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and strengthen controls.
