Capgemini in Melbourne, Australia leads complex Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, including workshops, data migration, testing, training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.

We seek a delivery-focused leader with a proven track record across ERP/SCM/HCM and OCI integrations, capable of coordinating global, onshore-offshore teams while maintaining budget and schedule discipline.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle implementation and transformation programs.
Strong track record delivering Oracle Cloud projects across ERP, SCM, HCM, OCI and integration tech.
Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple streams and teams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement at executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud and EBS transformation programs from initiation to go-live and support.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and quality to ensure value delivery.
Governance with sponsors and steering committees; regular status updates.
Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams ensuring collaboration and accountability.
Drive value realisation measures and business benefits from Oracle investments.
