Job summary

Leaders IT in Brisbane seeks an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Systems Analyst to own the technical optimisation, support and continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management). This role blends hands-on BAU support with continuous improvement, sitting as the key link between Finance and IT.

You’ll operate across Tier 1–3 production support, root‑cause complex incidents (data, interfaces, access/security), translate finance process requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite, Finance modules.
• End-to-end finance process knowledge: O2C, P2P, R2R.
• Experience with EBS Finance configuration and production troubleshooting.
• SQL/PLSQL for data interrogation and debugging.
• Experience handling interfaces between EBS and external systems.
• Understanding of ETL/data integration concepts.
• UAT delivery, test scripting and defect triage.
• Strong technical documentation skills (SOPs, design docs).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical optimisation, support and continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
• Provide Tier 1–3 production support and resolve complex incidents (data, interfaces, security).
• Translate finance requirements into technical specs and configuration changes.
• Drive enhancements across integrations, automation, UAT and release activity.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Systems Analyst to own the technical optimisation, support and continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management). This role blends hands‑on BAU support with continuous improvement, sitting as the key link between Finance and IT. You’ll operate across Tier 1–3 production support, root‑cause complex incidents (data, interfaces, access/security), translate finance process requirements into technical specs/config changes, and drive enhancements across integrations, automation, UAT and release activity.

Required skills

• Proven experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically Finance modules
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance process flows: O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), R2R (Record-to-Report)
• Practical experience with Oracle EBS Finance configuration and troubleshooting in production environments
• SQL + PL/SQL capability for data interrogation, defect isolation, reconciliation and technical troubleshooting
• Experience supporting interfaces/integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems (e.g., banking/financial tools/internal platforms)
• Understanding of ETL/data integration concepts (data mapping, transformations, data quality, batch/scheduled loads)
• UAT delivery experience: test scripting, execution support, defect triage/remediation coordination
• Strong technical documentation skills (configuration notes, SOPs, technical/design docs) and ability to support end-user enablement
