Job summary

OPSM, a leading eyecare and eyewear retailer within Luxottica, is seeking a recent graduate or experienced Optometrist for NSW state relief. You will perform eye exams using advanced tech (Visual Field Analyser, OPTOS UWDRS, OCT) and provide tailored eyecare solutions while delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or experienced Optometrist with full registration.
• Competent in performing eye examinations and patient assessment.
• Wamiliar with modern diagnostic technologies and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers (kids, contacts, therapeutics).
• Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
• Explain lens technology and benefits to customers.
• Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in technology usage.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maximise Eyecare revenue and Medicare billing.
