Luxottica's OPSM Orange store is seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our team. You will perform eye examinations using advanced equipment and deliver tailored eyewear solutions with a focus on lifestyle and health.

You will mentor graduates, collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise eyecare revenue, ensure Medicare billing accuracy, and provide exceptional patient service with our world-class technology.

Qualifications

• Qualified Optometrist with Australian registration.
• Excellent communication and patient-service focus.
• Experience with a retail eyecare environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers.
• Confidently recommend lens solutions based on lifestyle.
• Explain lens technology and coatings to customers.
• Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in technology use.
• Collaborate to maximise Eyecare revenue and Medicare billing.
