Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in precision mechanical assembly, instrumentation, optical systems, aerospace, defence, medical devices, scientific instruments, or related industries.
• Experience assembling and testing complex mechanical or electromechanical systems.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, CAD models, and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision opto-mechanical systems, optical instruments, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Install and align optical components including lenses, mirrors, filters, beam splitters, cameras, sensors, and laser systems.
• Perform mechanical fitting, adjustment, and calibration of precision components.
• Build prototypes and production units per engineering drawings and procedures.
• Conduct cable routing, harness installation, and basic electrical integration activities.
